HEALTHY INTIMACY is a 12-session relationship skills therapy group for adults seeking stronger communication, healthier boundaries, greater emotional awareness, and more fulfilling relationships. Through trauma-informed, neuroscience-informed discussions and practical exercises, participants explore attachment, self-love, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and the patterns that shape how they connect with themselves and others.

RISE: Sexual Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Group for Women
RISE is a 12-week trauma therapy and support group for women-identified survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and other forms of sexual trauma. Participants can connect with others who understand, explore the effects of trauma in a supportive clinical environment, and develop practical tools for navigating shame, fear, anger, betrayal, boundaries, nervous system activation, and recovery.

CONNECT: Chronic Pain and Illness Therapy Group
CONNECT is a 12-week therapy group for adults living with chronic pain or chronic illness. Through shared experience, neuroscience-informed education, trauma-informed care, and practical coping strategies, participants explore how pain and illness affect the brain, body, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning while developing tools to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and support a greater sense of agency.

THRIVE is a 12-week virtual anxiety therapy group for California adults experiencing persistent worry, racing thoughts, overwhelm, restlessness, irritability, or difficulty calming the nervous system. The small-group program integrates neuroscience, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, communication skills, and guided regulation practices to help participants understand anxiety, shift unhelpful patterns, and respond to stress with greater flexibility.

Teens develop practical executive functioning and nervous system regulation skills while building self-understanding, confidence, communication, and personalized systems for school, home, relationships, and increasing independence.

Teen Anxiety Therapy Group for Ages 13–14
This small, developmentally responsive therapy group supports younger teens ages 13–14 who experience persistent worry, perfectionism, social anxiety, avoidance, panic symptoms, school stress, sleep disruption, or emotional overwhelm. Through neuroscience-informed education, guided discussion, nervous system regulation, and practical coping strategies, participants build a stronger understanding of anxiety while developing communication skills, self-awareness, and greater confidence navigating school, friendships, family relationships, and early adolescence.

Teen Anxiety Therapy Group for Ages 15–17
