THRIVE – An Online Group for Living Beyond Anxiety

THRIVE: Living Beyond Anxiety is a 12-week psychotherapy group offered entirely online. The group will guide members in learning about the neuroscience of anxiety and its role in our lives, while building a calm, resilient relationship with brain and mind, and practice valuable tools, such as self-care and coping skills, analyzing thinking patterns, and developing empowering self-stories with others who are inspired to live their lives in a mindful manner.
THRIVE: Living Beyond Anxiety is a small group of 4-6 members, and is designed to enhance connection and safety for members. The group will meet for 90 minutes through Zoom teleconferencing beginning on Wednesday April 8th from 5-6:30 pm, and members will be supplied with a PDF workbook to be used throughout the group journey and beyond.
Anxiety, when in balance, actually plays a useful and helpful role in our life. Out of balance, anxiety can feel overwhelming and even all consuming. Join us on this 12-week journey to build a calm and resilient relationship with your brain. Learn to practice self-care, develop new ways to analyze thinking patterns, and develop an empowering new relationship with your self in the company of like-minded others.
