As the Clinical Director of Dr. Kate Truitt & Associates, she supports clinical excellence across the practice while continuing to provide individual therapy. Rebecca also leads the practice’s Neurofeedback Program, helping clients build regulation, resilience, and meaningful change from the brain outward.

She holds extensive experience bridging empirical neuroscience with clinical practice and professional education, uniquely positioning her to translate complex neurobiological mechanisms into evidence-based interventions for clinicians, educators, and organizational leaders.

McKenna Walsh, MA
Research Fellow
McKenna is a dedicated therapist, researcher, and community advocate committed to advancing trauma-informed care at the intersection of behavioral health and public well-being. She is currently based in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Saint Louis University, where she is completing her Ph.D. in Medical Family Therapy. Her work centers on trauma, systemic health disparities, and the impact of narrative environments on psychological and relational health outcomes.

Dr. Kristin Russell is a licensed psychologist and consultant collaborating with Dr. Kate Truitt & Associates to advance neuroscience-based programs integrating the NeuroTriad Model and Brain Partnership framework. With over 25 years of experience, she supports company-designed initiatives that promote community well-being, neurodivergent inclusion, and women’s mental health through applied neuroscience, resilience, and empowerment.

Dr. Jill Philo has dedicated the past 20 years to helping others reclaim their health through a holistic, innovative, and multi-disciplinary approach based in neuroscience. She does this by helping educate clients on how lifestyle choices and environmental factors can hold them back from their full health potential. She uses her extensive Naturopathic knowledge to create and teach personalized change plans.
